Using Reviews

Smilistic® Dental Care offers the possibility for patients to submit their reviews to the Site content.

Review Guidelines

Reviewers are asked to tell us their name, email address and country. Their email and full name are not visible to other users of Smilistic® Dental Care.

Smilistic® Dental Care reserves right to not publish any review that do not meet the following guidelines. We may choose to reject reviews where we cannot contact the reviewer.

It is reviewer’s responsibility to ensure that his/ her review is accurate and not misleading. Be sure to include all the relevant facts and details. Whether it's a positive review or a negative one, please keep in mind that posting false information can have legal ramifications.

• Review cannot be libellous or defamatory
• Review must be family friendly (no profanity, etc.)
• No hearsay. You cannot make a statement about what someone else has said
• No personal insults
• No reports of criminal activity (these must be reported to the proper authority)
• No commercial information of any kind including email address or phone number
• Review must be related to a treatment in the clinic, so don't write a review unless you had been a patient there
• Content should be relevant to other potential patients

Zero Tolerance for False Reviews

Dental clinic owners are not allowed to write or encourage any associates to write a review of dental clinic. We do not publish false reviews . Instead of writing our own reviews we encourage our patients to review our dental clinic.

Smilistic® Dental Care Liability

All reviews are subjective opinions of patients to DentalCareBudapest.com and not of Smilistic® Dental Care and we don’t comment ever on those opinions.

Smilistic® Dental Care will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that all reviews published on the Site meet our Review Guidelines. Smilistic® Dental Care reserves right to not publish any review or remove a review if we believe it violates our Review Guidelines.

Smilistic® Dental Care treats review content equally for all patients, with no connection between treatments and reviews.

Smilistic® Dental Care makes no representations or warranties to the accuracy, completeness, legality and safety of any of the Site content, including reviews, ratings and comments. Smilistic® Dental Care disclaims all liability for any indirect, special, incidental, reliance, or consequential damage to reputation, business interruption, or loss of profits caused by the Site content.
